Description
This is my take on Mitsubishi Reppu, a WW2 fighter/bomber. Modeled this as a class exercise, the purpose of which was to model a wW2 airplane of our choice, but keep its facecount around 5000, as if it was meant for a videogame.
Truth is, I went a bit loco and touched 7000 faces, but I think it was worth it in the end. Diffuse and Bump maps (aka all the textures) were made from scratch in Photoshop, following photo references and blueprints of the aircraft.

one of my favorite planes . maybe not this exact model , but this style in general . really iconic . the indented details on the metal are from the bump map , right ?
